The DMP Solar Pump Station is designed to be used in combination with our buffer-tanks and combi-tanks, together with our solar collectors, and is hart of the DMP Solar System. The Conico DMP Solar Pump Station includes all the necessary components, such as the electronic controller, the circulation pump and a Thermo-Differential Valve, and has all the electronics and sensors pre-wired, so the system is very easy to install. The controller has advanced self-learning algorithms, so it doesn’t require any set-up parameters, and can be very easily commissioned.

The Conico Hot Water Unit uses heat from a buffer tank to provide you with a safe and comfortable domestic hot water supply. It is specifically designed to achieve the highest system performance in combination with heat pumps, by using a counter-flow heat exchanger with excellent heat transfer properties. A sophisticated electronic control system ensures that the hot water unit responds very fast to hot water demand, and that the hot water temperature is kept stable at all times. The unit has a compact design, with all connections conveniently positioned at the bottom, so its easy to install, also in tight spaces.

Our Buffer-Tanks are specifically designed to be used with the DMP Solar System and the Conico Hot Water Unit and include provisions to maintain a good separation between cold and hot zones. The tanks are fitted with a thick insulation jacket to achieve excellent insulation levels and minimise heat loss from the tank. The tanks are light-weight and easy to handle, so they can be positioned without using specialist transport equipment. We offer buffer tanks for DHW-only systems as well as combi-systems, and in addition to our range of standard sizes and dimensions, we also offer custom tank design, so the tank fits well within the available space.

Our Combi-Tanks are specifically designed to be used with the DMP Solar System and feature a large stainless-steel coil heat exchanger inside the tank for domestic hot water preparation. Combi-tanks are a good option for combi-systems but are also very suitable to use for DHW only, where they provide a generous storage volume for the DMP Solar System. Our combi-tanks are fitted with a thick insulation jacket to, so the heat loss of the tank is very low, and are also very suitable for applications where the DMP Solar System is used as a pre-heater for an existing boiler.

The Horizontal Combi-Tanks for the DMP Solar System are designed to be positioned in spaces where a vertical tank is difficult to place, such as attics. The DMP Solar System actively promotes the thermal layering in the tank, so the loss of thermal layering due to the horizontal positioning is much less of an issue compared to horizontal tanks with conventional systems. The DMP Solar system thereby allows a horizontal tank to be combined with a heat pump, without excessive activation of the heat pump.

The CPC vacuum tube collector uses vacuum tube technology in combination with CPC mirrors to deliver the highest efficiency, even in cold weather and low intensity conditions. The collector can be installed on pitched roofs and on flat roofs, and the collector can be assembled on the roof, so it is not necessary to use a crane to position the collector.

The horizontal vacuum tube collector is designed for horizontal installation on flat roofs, so that the collector is not visible from street level and requires only very minimal ballast for wind resistance. The vacuum tubes are orientated in an East-West direction, so little or no sunlight falls through the gaps between the vacuum tubes, and the round shape of the tubes ensures that the collector stays clean and maintains its efficiency.
